About me……

Hi, I’m Sam. I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, Level 3 Exercise Referral qualified and currently working towards my Level 4. I have my own private, fully equipped studio in a stunning village to the North of Nottingham. Here I run a well attended weekly bootcamp as well as train small groups of individuals and one to one clients and help them achieve their personal fitness goals.

I have always been extremely passionate about exercise and the benefits that you can gain from it both physically and mentally. Running is my main passion and I have competed in many half marathons. I also like to challenge myself with new goals and have competed in other events such as the Tough Mudder and more recently, a Triathlon Sprint. This was most challenging for me, bearing in mind that I’m not a confident swimmer or cyclist!! I am living proof that if you train hard and believe in yourself you can achieve anything you want.

I am eager to share my passion with anyone who would like to join me. You may already do some form of exercise and would like a little push in the right direction or you may just be starting out on your fitness journey. Whatever level you are at, I would love to guide and support you to achieve your goals and watch you flourish into a stronger, more confident person.

My training methods work by combining cardiovascular training with strength training in a fun and varied way. No two sessions are the same. Please take a look at my photo gallery and packages to find out more.

Personal Training

My personal Training sessions are tailored to suit your specific needs. You might want to lose weight, tone up, have a big event you’re training for or simply build your self-confidence up, whatever your requirements I have got the experience and enthusiasm to help you achieve your goals. I am fully qualified with REP’s registered Level 2 fitness instructor, REP’s registered Level 3 Personal Trainer and REPS’s registered Level 3 Exercise Referral qualifications. I am also working towards my Level 4 Personal Trainer qualification, specialising in the lower back.  I have a fully equipped private gym with a full array of cardiovascular machines and free weights to work every part of the body coinjoin. I make my sessions fun and interesting. I love to see the results my clients achieve through their hard work and commitment and my advice and encouragement.

Bootcamp

Samantha Parks PT Bootcamps run every Thursday at 9.30am. This is an outdoor session in a beautiful setting overlooking the fields and woodland. The session is suitable for all levels of ability with a mixture of cardiovascular and resistance training working the whole body. I make them fun and interesting with no two sessions being the same. Variety is the spice of life! These are a good chance to work on your overall fitness, strength and also get to socialise with an amazing group of individuals.

Online Programs

Slim down in 6 weeks

This is an online programme designed to help you increase your fitness levels, lose weight and tone up. It is suitable for all levels of fitness. If you’re just starting out on your fitness journey or bored of your usual routine and need to spice up your workouts a little then this programme should suit your requirements.

You will receive an informative welcome pack with guidance on nutrition, health and lifestyle. The programme includes:

  • 3 workouts per week (each session 35-40minutes). Full video footage of each session is provided as well as a written step by step guide. This means you can join me during the workout by following the footage or, if you prefer, work alone by following the written step by step guide.
  • A sample 2 weeks of my personal diet and exercise regime with some suggested recipes to help inspire you.
  • A printable food and exercise diary for you to keep track of your own diet and exercise regime.
  • Daily email follow up and support with hints and tips to help you stay on track.

This programme will give you flexibility to fit in around your busy lifestyle with little to no equipment required. You can complete it in your own time and in the comfort of your own home.
