Sam has provided me with both inspiration and challenge. I initially started training to improve my running, having no previous experience of long distance and no regular exercise in my life. I set myself goals to do a half marathon and then a full marathon. Sam helped me focus on stamina and strength. She also helped me set training plans as she is an experienced runner herself. I not only cracked the challenges, but got my half marathon time down below 2hrs! She is attentive to aches and injury. She adjusts sessions to your current fitness and to prevent exacerbating strains. The other key is that she is understanding and really approachable. I always find my sessions fun, varied and challenging. She always leaves me with a positive outlook to face the week ahead! Fantastic!
