Hi, I’m Sam. I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, Level 3 Exercise Referral qualified and currently working towards my Level 4. I have my own private, fully equipped studio in a stunning village to the North of Nottingham. Here I run a well attended weekly bootcamp as well as train small groups of individuals and one to one clients and help them achieve their personal fitness goals.
I have always been extremely passionate about exercise and the benefits that you can gain from it both physically and mentally. Running is my main passion and I have competed in many half marathons. I also like to challenge myself with new goals and have competed in other events such as the Tough Mudder and more recently, a Triathlon Sprint. This was most challenging for me, bearing in mind that I’m not a confident swimmer or cyclist!! I am living proof that if you train hard and believe in yourself you can achieve anything you want.
I am eager to share my passion with anyone who would like to join me. You may already do some form of exercise and would like a little push in the right direction or you may just be starting out on your fitness journey. Whatever level you are at, I would love to guide and support you to achieve your goals and watch you flourish into a stronger, more confident person.
My training methods work by combining cardiovascular training with strength training in a fun and varied way. No two sessions are the same. Please take a look at my photo gallery and packages to find out more.

SLIM DOWN IN SIX WEEKS
This is an online programme designed to help you increase your fitness levels, lose weight and tone up. It is suitable for all levels of fitness. If you’re just starting out on your fitness journey or bored of your usual routine and need to spice up your workouts a little then this programme should suit your requirements.
You will receive an informative welcome pack with guidance on nutrition, health and lifestyle.
This programme will give you flexibility to fit in around your busy lifestyle with little to no equipment required. You can complete it in your own time and in the comfort of your own home.
PROGRAM INCLUDES
3 workouts per week (each session 35-40minutes). Full video footage of each session is provided as well as a written step by step guide. This means you can join me during the workout by following the footage or, if you prefer, work alone by following the written step by step guide.
A sample 2 weeks of my personal diet and exercise regime with some suggested recipes to help inspire you.
A printable food and exercise diary for you to keep track of your own diet and exercise regime.
Daily email follow up and support with hints and tips to help you stay on track.

I’ve never been one of those people who loves the gym or looks forward to exercise, I’ll openly admit that I just don’t have the self-discipline or self-motivation.
I’ve been training with Sam now for 2 years and I love it. Sam is personable, professional, fun and knowledgeable. Her gym is in the perfect setting surrounded by countryside and I love that the training is 1×1 in a private environment.
I have already learned so much about my body and have completed workouts I never thought I could do before. Sam challenges you but makes it fun and changes every session each time I go, the hour goes very quickly. I have lost weight, I feel 100% fitter and I feel much more energised.

I first thought I needed to do something about my increasing weight when I couldn’t do up a size 14 dress. I thought NO WAY was I allowing myself to keep putting weight on. I was afraid of the gym and being ridiculed so I saw one of my fb friends liked Sams Facebook page and I was intreagued. I didn’t think people like me would use a personal trainer. Sam and I had a chat on the phone and a one to one meeting and I thought right it’s now or never. My fitness levels were appalling when I started with Sam but over the last 2 and a half years my capabilities have gone far beyond even my own ambitions. Sam is creative, our sessions are so much fun, even tho they are so hard at the same time. Sam continually pushes and encourages me to believe that I can do it and I really can. I have seen my confidence grow I have seen my weight drop drastically by over 3 stone and I have a completely different body. I’m fitter than I have EVER been. I see Sam twice a week for PT and I walk a lot and sometimes run. But I always need that someone to push me and keep me motivated because I am not going back to the way I was ever ! I thank sam for saving me from ending up a 50 year old fat unhappy unhealthy person and transforming me into a 50 fit happy healthy person both mentally and physically. She is the best and always thinks about the person she’s training she works so hard to try the sessions before she lets me do them. I can’t wait for Tuesdays and Thursdays to come around.

Sam has helped me get both my physical and mental health back in check. Sam has provided me with both inspiration and challenge. I initially started training to improve my running, having no previous experience of long distance and no regular exercise in my life. I set myself goals to do a half marathon and then a full marathon. Sam helped me focus on stamina and strength. She also helped me set training plans as she is an experienced runner herself. I not only cracked the challenges, but got my half marathon time down below 2hrs! She is attentive to aches and injury. She adjusts sessions to your current fitness and to prevent exacerbating strains. The other key is that she is understanding and really approachable. I always find my sessions fun, varied and challenging. She always leaves me with a positive outlook to face the week ahead! Fantastic!
